Hours : 3 : 30pm-12am

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, data trending, and equipment manuals
• Fabricate fixtures or parts using lathes, milling machines, and drill presses
• Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards at all times
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems, including limit switches, proximity switches, photo-electric sensors, solenoid valves, PLC I / O modules, and servo

Maintenance Technician Requirements :

Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or 5 years of related experience and / or training;

or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience on PLC programming, machining, and sensors and mechanical installations
• Experience in reading and interpreting PLC programs, ability to make minor program changes
• Industrial electrical and / or mechanical experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience running equipment such as lathe, milling machine, and drill press
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, and design drawings
• Ability to write reports, email, and test procedures
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from engineers and managers
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as statistical deviation, tolerance analysis, and geometry
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios to practical situations
• Knowledge of arithmetic, basic algebra, and basic geometry
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software to write reports and record data
